European Food Information Council (EUFIC) Processed Foods Symposium was held online on 25.11.2020. 1162 participants from across the globe has been assigned with 856 attendees joining live, covering different sectors, industry, academia, authorities, sector organizations of different food and beverage industries, consumer associations, finally making this symposium very successful. In addition, via Twitter, 122K people have reached the symposium. Prof. Rajkovic from FoodEnTwin partner institution, Ghent University, took part in the event and among others disseminated FoodEnTwin role of the studies at the nexus of food, health and environment.
